Grown Folk
The body wants to do the dropout boogie,
a way to just slowly spiral out
of reality and not include my self with its accessories
Nothing drastic, just a dance with the dust,
dirty dishes, and dead dreams
piling up in the sink turning into a black hole of mold
No music accompaniment, none is needed,
the player piano scroll inside
is rolling along just fine
